We often encounter sql performance screens where OEM says “Unable to Retrieve Data”
What we do : create a job (in OEM) that deploys Database Management PL/SQL packages
In OEM main Menu Click Enterprise –> Job –> Library –> Select Job Type “Deploy Database Management PL/SQL Packages” –> Go –> select the found job –> edit
This works since we already have an existing job. We only alter the database to run the job on.
If you do not already have such kind of job, you have to create it.
